Another blast of extremely cold air is coming through town as this morning's temperature of minus 11 is today's high. The temperature will continue to drop until we reach today's low of minus 20 by late this evening. The wind will be averaging speeds of 25 km/h with gusts up to 65 km/h, creating a windchill effect of 11 degrees. When you combine all this with the 3 cm of snow from last night, driving conditions are not going to be good.
